Zak Harry
Zakarius grew up learning street dance and hip hop but discovered contemporary and ballet at the age of 14.

He was accepted on the CAT scheme (Centre for Advanced Training)  at The Place where he gained a wealth of experience and opportunities, namely a curtain raiser for Mathew Bourne's Swan Lake.

He succeeded in getting a place at the Brit school at the age of 16 where he joined Khronos Agoria, where he has gained invaluable experience to develop his dance technique and choreography.

This year Zak joined NYDC where he will tour with choreographer Damien Jalet. Zakarius's passion is to choreograph and his latest creative piece involved 30 dancers portraying the strengths and undefined attributes of a female. He was also a finalist for Young Creatives 2016.

He has since created his own dance company ‘Z Dance’ where he wants to develop his passion for creating a language through dance that will narrate the boundaries and bureaucracy that society deals us on a daily basis.

Zakarius is thrilled to be going to London Contemporary Dance School this year to continue his studies for contemporary and ballet.
